On Thursday, August 6, daytime maximum temperatures in some regions of Ukraine exceeded previous historical records for this date. According to meteorological stations, the increases ranged from 0.7 to 4.3 degrees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to meteorological stations, new record temperatures were recorded in some regions of the country.<\/p>\n

The highest temperature among the cities where records were set was recorded in Rivne<\/strong> and Kyiv<\/strong> – 39\u00b0C each. In Lutsk,<\/strong> the air warmed up to 38.6\u00b0C, in Uzhhorod<\/strong> – to 38.4\u00b0C, in Zhytomyr<\/strong> – to 38.3\u00b0C, and in Chernihiv<\/strong> – to 38.2\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Temperature records were also set in Ternopil<\/strong> and Ivano-Frankivsk<\/strong> – 37.8\u00b0C each, Vinnytsia<\/strong> – 37.6\u00b0C, Lviv<\/strong> – 37.3\u00b0C, Chernivtsi<\/strong> – 37.3\u00b0C, and Khmelnytskyi<\/strong> – 35.7\u00b0C. In Mykolaiv,<\/strong> the temperature reached 38.8\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

The hydrometeorological center noted that the published map only shows record values recorded in regional centers. <\/p>\n
