On the night of August 13, as part of the “Crimean Switch Off” operation, the forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unmanned systems struck another 29 power plants in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk, and Zaporizhia regions, as well as in Crimea. Among the objects struck was the Balaklava TPP in Sevastopol.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced<\/a> by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Brody.<\/p>\n

According to him, between July 1 and August 13, 240 power plants were effectively hit as part of the operation.<\/p>\n

“The power failure of stationary radars and other elements of the enemy’s air defense system disrupts the sky defense system and opens the way for the Freedom-loving Ukrainian Bird,” Brovdy noted.<\/p>\n
