On the night of August 17, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a number of military facilities of the Russian occupiers in temporarily occupied Crimea and the Kherson region.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

In the Hvardiyske area, Ukrainian military struck a location where Russian forces stored, prepared, and launched attack drones. After the strike, a fire broke out on the site.<\/p>\n

The Defense Forces also struck the ground control station of the Orion drone in Novofedorivka.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In Olenivka, Ukrainian military attacked a ground relay that the Russians used to control Geran and Gerber attack UAVs.<\/p>\n

In addition, on the Tendrivska Spit in the Kherson region, the Defense Forces struck a communication and power point for a UAV repeater.<\/p>\n

The General Staff noted that the extent of the damage inflicted on the Russian troops is currently being clarified.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that on the night of August 16, fires broke out at two large logistics facilities in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation.<\/a> One of them is the largest warehouse of the Russian marketplace Wildberries, with an area of over 200,000 square meters.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed two and damaged four more workshops<\/a> where explosives and gunpowder were produced at the Kamenskyi Plant in Kamensk-Shakhtynsky, Rostov Oblast, Russia. <\/p>\n
