During the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada on August 18, Viktoriia Reznikova and Bohdan Morklyanyk took the oath of office as people’s deputies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is evidenced by the broadcast<\/a> of the Verkhovna Rada meeting and data<\/a> from the Central Election Commission.<\/p>\n

It is known that the CEC registered Reznikova and Morklyanyk as people’s deputies on July 30. They were elected in the early parliamentary elections on July 21, 2019 in a nationwide multi-mandate district from the Servant of the People party.<\/p>\n

On the party’s electoral list, Morklyanyk was at number 163, and Reznikova was at number 165.<\/p>\n

As the Chesno movement notes<\/a> , Morklyanyk is a scientist and lecturer, professor at Lviv Polytechnic. In 2016\u20132018, he worked as an advisor to the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Stepan Kubiv.<\/p>\n

In 2018, he became Deputy Head of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. After the start of the full-scale invasion, in March 2022, he was mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

According to<\/a> “Chesno”, Reznikova has the right to practice law, is engaged in scientific and teaching work. She heads the Department of Economic Law and Economic Litigation at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.<\/p>\n

Since 2018, the official has been a member of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Supreme Court, and since 2021, of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada.<\/p>\n

In particular, in 2025 she became a corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
