He stated that there had been alleged &#8220;fraud&#8221; in determining the composition of the court to consider his case, which had been submitted to the Supreme Court of Justice back in 2025.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"> This week, an SBU investigator applied to the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv with a request to receive copies of the entire document flow database of the VAKS.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"> The SBU justified the request by the need to check the procedure for determining the composition of the court in 2025.<\/p>\n<p> According to the publication, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court will consider the petition on August 21 at 10:00.<\/p>\n<p> As previously reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/kabmin-vidstoronyv-holovu-nahliadovoi-rady-sens-banku-pislia-opryliudnennia-materialiv-nabu\/\">the Cabinet of Ministers has removed the chairman of the supervisory board of the state-owned Sense Bank<\/a> . The government has also initiated the removal of the chairman of the bank&#8217;s board.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/spetsoperatsiia-forest-hamp-u-nabu-ta-sap-rozkryly-detali-obshukiv-de-fihuruiut-nardepy-i-vysokoposadovtsi-op\/\">NABU reported on the conduct of investigative actions within the framework of the special operation &#8220;Forrest Gump&#8221;.
