Officers said they detained one person upon arrival. Police are not yet confirming the exact number of injuries.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Police continue to work at the scene, using various resources. The public is urged to respect checkpoints and follow police instructions,&#8221; the law enforcement statement said.<\/p>\n<p> There are ambulances and police cars near the school, as well as a police helicopter.<\/p>\n<p> Fagersta is located about 170 km northwest of Stockholm.
