On the night of August 24, Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a Russian military-industrial complex facility in the Rostov region. The facility in question was the Kamensky Combine, a federal state-owned enterprise in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.<\/p>\n

Following the impact, a fire was reported on the premises. The extent of the damage to the facility is currently being determined.<\/p>\n

The Kamensky Plant specializes in the production of solid rocket fuel, which is used for ammunition for the Uragan, Smerch, and Tornado-S multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In addition, the company produces components for other missile systems and aircraft weapons.<\/p>\n

The General Staff emphasized that the Defense Forces continue to work to destroy key enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex.<\/p>\n

Incidentally, drone attacks on major logistics facilities<\/a> were reported in several regions of Russia on the night of August 24. An Ozon warehouse in Dagestan caught fire after a strike, while a Kuchenland Home train in Krasnodar caught fire. A fire was also reported near an Ozon warehouse in Stavropol Krai.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on the night of August 22,Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Ozon marketplace logistics hub in Chapayevsk, Samara Oblast, Russia, for the first time<\/a> . The strike resulted in a massive fire at the facility.<\/p>\n
