Over the years of the war, I have met many of the specialists working in the Ukrainian army\u2019s technical fields. Based on that experience, I can confidently say that Mykhailo Drapaty is appointing some of the most capable and experienced officers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine to lead these critical areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And it’s not just that professionals are important. The new leaders are energetic, modern, and sociable people who can work in rapidly changing conditions.<\/p>\n

In technological warfare, it is no longer possible to afford months to make decisions. New technologies, weaponry, and enemy tactics change literally every week.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainian army must react with the same speed. Analyze the enemy’s actions, predict his next steps, find answers to new threats, and, most importantly, try to act in advance.<\/p>\n

That is why the people who lead the technical departments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine today are so important. Their ability to make decisions quickly, listen to military personnel and specialists, and implement new solutions determines how quickly the army can adapt to battlefield changes.<\/p>\n

I believe that great positive changes await us ahead.<\/p>\n

But don’t expect them to happen instantly. The system is large, there are many problems, and many things will have to change.<\/p>\n

The main thing is that this process has begun. And if the new leaders maintain the pace and are given the opportunity to implement the necessary changes, the Ukrainian army will be able to respond more quickly to technological challenges and stay one step ahead of the enemy.<\/p>\n
