This will allow Ukraine to launch its own production of this type of weapon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this on August 25 during a meeting with Estonian President Alar Karis in Kyiv.<\/p>\n<p> According to Zelensky, a few days ago he discussed the issue with French President Emmanuel Macron. He confirmed the unblocking of the issue of SCALP and the corresponding license. Ukraine was waiting for a similar decision from London.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We received a positive response from two countries yesterday,&#8221; the head of state said.<\/p>\n<p> Zelensky called this decision an important step and expressed hope that the agreements would not be lost in bureaucratic procedures.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;I believe this is a strong positive and a very strong decision,&#8221; the president emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> Separately, the head of state announced the preparation of a schedule of meetings to promote the Freyja anti-ballistic missile project.
