Businessman Timur Mindich, who appears in the NABU “Mindichgate” case, handed over cash to former Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Iryna Mudria to post bail for former Minister Herman Galushchenko.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak, referring to the statement of the SAPO prosecutor during the meeting on the appointment of a preventive measure to the head of Sense Bank, Oleksiy Stupak.<\/p>\n

According to Zheleznyak, the prosecutor stated that the events began on June 9, 2026. Then Mudra allegedly received an offer to join the legalization of cash, which, according to the investigation, could have been obtained through criminal means.<\/p>\n

The prosecutor claims that Mindich, who was wanted at the time and was in Israel, handed over the cash to an unidentified person.<\/p>\n

According to the SAPO, the money was later planned to be transferred into non-cash form through financial transactions. In particular, the funds were to be transferred through the accounts of legal entities controlled by the defendants in the case, using fictitious transactions.<\/p>\n

After that, the money was to be transferred to the account of the High Anti-Corruption Court as bail for Galushchenko.<\/p>\n

Zheleznyak also reported that during the meeting, the prosecutor cited a number of conversations that, according to the SAPO, indicate that the funds came from Mindich. The prosecution also claims that it was Mindich who asked Mudra to arrange bail for Galushchenko.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, the Cabinet of Ministers has removed the chairman of the supervisory board of the state-owned Sense Bank<\/a> . The government has also initiated the removal of the chairman of the bank’s board.<\/p>\n
