Budapest now explicitly identifies Russia as a threat to Hungary, Europe, and the international order.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiegel.de\/ausland\/ungarn-stuft-russland-als-bedrohung-ein-a-13b1b66d-1eb7-4b77-955f-75aa4bf34644\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Der Spiegel<\/a> reports this, citing a document prepared for the UN General Assembly and signed by Prime Minister P\u00e9ter Magyar.
