On the morning of August 27, as a result of a massive Russian attack against Ukraine, a ROSHEN warehouse in Chubynske, which provided storage and subsequent delivery of finished confectionery products, was destroyed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company’s press service<\/a> reported this.<\/p>\n

Most importantly, no employees were injured: thanks to safety regulations and a prompt response to the air raid alarm, all workers were sheltered. Emergency services units are on site, and cleanup and damage assessment are ongoing.<\/p>\n

This is the second attack on ROSHEN’s warehouse facilities since the full-scale invasion. In February, a finished goods warehouse in Yagotin was destroyed. The current attack also resulted in significant material losses, including product loss, so temporary disruptions in the supply of certain goods are possible in the near future.<\/p>\n

At the same time, our experience recovering from the initial attack allowed us to develop backup scenarios and develop mechanisms for quickly restructuring our logistics. The team is already working to redistribute inventory and deploy alternative warehouse capacity to minimize potential disruptions and minimize their impact on partners and customers.<\/p>\n
