Power engineers are already carrying out emergency restoration work where the security situation allows.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"672\">As of 9:30 a.m., electricity consumption was 4.4% lower than the previous day. Ukrenergo explained this by clear weather in most regions, which makes home solar power plants work more efficiently.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"837\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In particular, energy experts advise using powerful electrical appliances from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. if possible.
