Now, experts expect disturbances at the level of a weak magnetic storm of class G1.<\/p>\n<p> To make it easier to endure the period of increased solar activity, experts advise getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, and not overloading the body with intense physical activity. They also recommend spending more time outdoors and not abusing alcohol and caffeine.<\/p>\n<p> People who monitor their blood pressure are advised to monitor it.
