This applies to companies that received critical status before June 2, 2026 and have not reconfirmed it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/diia.gov.ua\/news\/zminy-v-broniuvanni-pratsivnykiv-koly-potribno-povtorno-pidtverdyty-krytychnist-pidpryiemstva\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;Diya&#8221;<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> Businesses that have an old criticality decision and have not renewed it will only be able to book employees until the document expires. To continue booking for the next period, the company will need to obtain a new criticality decision.<\/p>\n<p> Enterprises are advised not to wait for the document to expire and to check its relevance in advance. The key is not September 1, but the date of expiration of the current decision on the criticality of a particular enterprise.<\/p>\n<p> Companies that have already resubmitted and confirmed their critical status do not need to do anything further. The further validity period will depend on the confirmation procedure:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> under the simplified procedure, the criticality will be valid until the same date as that specified in the previous decision;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> A new decision on criticality will determine the deadline based on the full package of documents.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> For businesses that have not updated their decision, a message will appear in Actions when they request Employee Booking or Employee Booking Extension services. It will indicate the current validity period of the criticality decision.<\/p>\n<p> It is separately noted that as of August 2026, individual entrepreneurs do not have the opportunity to receive a reservation from mobilization. The mechanism is provided for enterprises, institutions and organizations that are legal entities, maintain military records and have a confirmed status of critical importance for the economy or defense of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> As you know, the transition period for enterprises that must reconfirm their critical status ends in Ukraine on September 1. If a company fails to do so in time, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/shcho-zminytsia-u-broniuvanni-z-1-veresnia-i-khto-ryzykuie-vtratyty-vidstrochku\/\">its employees may lose their mobilization reservations.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> It was previously reported that if a business received critical status by June 2, 2026, but has not yet re-confirmed it, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/biznesu-zminyly-strok-broniuvannia-pratsivnykiv-detali\/\">employee bookings will only be available until September 1, 2026.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">X<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Starting from September 1, 2026, some companies may no longer be able to reserve employees from mobilization due to the expiration of the criticality decision.
