Due to Russian shelling and bad weather, consumers in six regions of Ukraine have been left without electricity. Currently, some consumers in Kyiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Odessa and Kharkiv regions, are without electricity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> Ukrenergo.<\/p>\n

Where the security situation allows, power engineers are already carrying out emergency restoration work. Power engineers are doing everything possible to restore power supply to consumers as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

At the same time, demand for electricity continues to grow. Today, September 1, as of 09:30, it was 6.7% higher than at the same time the day before.<\/p>\n

The reason is cloudy and rainy weather in many regions of Ukraine. Because of this, household solar power plants produce less electricity, so the load on the general network increases.<\/p>\n

At the same time, on August 31, the evening maximum consumption was 5.1% higher than on the previous working day, August 28. This is attributed to the increase in air temperature in a number of regions and the active use of air conditioners.<\/p>\n

Given the weather, Ukrenergo advises today, if possible, to postpone active use of electricity to the period from 10:00 to 16:00, when industrial solar power plants operate most efficiently.<\/p>\n
