Lithuanian energy terminal operator KN Energies is preparing a new batch of equipment for Ukraine. It will be used for energy infrastructure operations and oil product transshipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by<\/a> the Lithuanian publication Delfi.<\/p>\n

It is known that the aid will be transferred to Khmelnytskyi Blenenergo.<\/p>\n

Lithuanian Energy Minister Lukas Savickas said that he had seen with his own eyes the consequences of Russian attacks on the Ukrainian energy sector and how Ukraine is restoring damaged facilities.<\/p>\n

“I have seen with my own eyes the energy infrastructure of Ukraine destroyed by Russia and the determination with which Ukrainians are restoring it. Therefore, I understand well how important this support is,” he noted.<\/p>\n

According to him, assistance to Ukraine is also important for Lithuania itself. Ukrainian specialists share with Lithuanian partners their experience in protecting energy facilities, supporting their operation during attacks, and quickly restoring them after damage.<\/p>\n

Since the start of the full-scale war, the company has already supplied generators, transformers, transportation, electronic and medical equipment to the Ukrainian energy sector.<\/p>\n

KN Energies also helps businesses in Klaipeda that want to transfer equipment and other necessary assistance to Ukraine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It was previously reported that Lithuania will provide Ukraine with almost 10 million euros in additional assistance.<\/a> The new support package was announced by the country’s President Gitanas Nauseda during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC).<\/p>\n
