On the night of Thursday, September 3, Russian occupation forces struck Odessa. The attack damaged a 21-story apartment building. Apartments on the 10th to 17th floors were damaged. 17 people are known to have been injured, including three children.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the head of the Odessa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.<\/p>\n

Initially, Lysak reported eight casualties in the attack.<\/p>\n

“Enemy attack on Odessa. High-rise building damaged,” he wrote.<\/p>\n

The relevant services are working on the scene. The injured are being provided with the necessary assistance.<\/p>\n

As of 07:00, the number of victims has increased to 17. Among them are three children. <\/p>\n
