Consumers in five regions have been left without electricity due to Russian shelling of energy infrastructure. Currently, the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhia regions are without electricity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to all outages as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

Emergency and restoration work is underway in the Odessa region after a massive missile and drone attack<\/a> . Currently, electricity supply has been restored to all consumers, however, due to damage to equipment, network restrictions are temporarily in effect in the region. They will be lifted after the repair work is completed.<\/p>\n

Electricity consumption is in line with seasonal trends. Today, September 3, as of 09:30, it was at the same level as the day before.<\/p>\n

At the same time, yesterday, September 2, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was 1.1% higher than the maximum on Tuesday, September 1.<\/p>\n

Energy experts are calling for the active use of electricity to be postponed to the period of the most effective operation of industrial solar power plants – from 10:00 to 16:00. They are also asking to limit the use of powerful electrical appliances from 18:00 to 22:00.<\/p>\n

In particular, the situation in the power system may change. Consumers are advised to monitor the messages on the websites and official social media pages of their distribution system operators (oblenergo).<\/p>\n
