In particular, 30 million — for former adviser Yermak Artem Shyl, 28 million — for former deputy head of the Office of the President Andriy Smirnov, and 7 million — for head of the Office of the President Viktor Dubovik, head of the Office of the President’s Legal Policy Directorate. Separately, a bail of 20 million hryvnias is expected for former deputy head of the Office of the President Iryna Mudra.

Another 412 million hryvnias in bail are owed to former government officials. Among them are Mykola Solskyi — 76 million hryvnias, Olha Stefanishyna — 6 million, Oleksandr Heilo — 6 million, and Vasyl Lozynskyi — 2.5 million hryvnias.

Almost 172 million hryvnias were contributed by the people’s deputies from the “Servant of the People” party. The largest amounts went to Yuriy Kisel — 40 million, Igor Negulevsky — 30 million, Yevhen Pivovarov and Mykhailo Laba — 20 million hryvnias each.

Separately, over 200 million hryvnias were paid for other officials and figures in Operation Midas. In particular, 95 million for Igor Fursenko, known as “Ryoshik”, 40 million for Dmitry Basov (“Tenor”), 25 million for Lesya Ustimenko, and 12 million for Lyudmila Zorina.

“BORDER” analysts noted that significant amounts of collateral were often transferred by companies with minimal assets, zero income, or those created shortly before the funds were deposited. Some of them were used to secure collateral for several defendants at once.

For example, 66 million hryvnias was deposited for Chernyshov by Foravtotor LLC, which was registered only a month before. Another 25 million hryvnias was transferred for Dmytro Basov by Green Plus Company LLC, which was established two months before the deposit was made.

“BORDER” also notes that the issue of the origin of funds for bail has already become the subject of a separate legislative initiative. The draft law registered in the Verkhovna Rada provides for verification of the legality of funds used to deposit bail.

Recall that businessman Timur Mindich, who appears in the NABU case “Mindichgate”, handed over cash to the former Deputy Head of the President’s Office Iryna Mudria to post bail for former Minister Herman Galushchenko.

Also follow “Pryamim” on Facebook , X , Telegram , and Instagram.

Over 1.1 billion hryvnia in bail has already been paid for defendants in high-profile corruption cases involving former and current officials from Volodymyr Zelensky’s entourage.
