The documents are primarily received by reservists, but they can also be sent to civilian specialists needed to perform tasks for the army.

This is reported by RMF .

A mobilization card is issued in peacetime and is a document confirming a person’s assignment to a specific mobilization division. It specifies the military unit and the place where the person must immediately arrive in the event of mobilization being announced or the outbreak of war.

Representatives of the Central Military Recruitment Center of Poland emphasize that the procedure for sending such cards is standard and is carried out every year. First of all, the documents are received by reserve servicemen. At the same time, mobilization cards can be sent to civilian specialists in areas important to the army, in particular, doctors, IT specialists and logisticians.

Individual civilians who, in the event of mobilization or war, can support the military in the following areas can also receive cards:

energy;

transport;

communication;

administration.

Similar decisions may apply to law enforcement officers.

Mobilization cards are used to pre-allocate citizens to specific tasks. This should allow for the avoidance of organizing such allocation from scratch in a crisis situation.

Failure to appear at the time and place specified in the mobilization card may result in imprisonment for a term of at least 3 years. At the same time, there are circumstances under which the mobilization assignment may be canceled.

In particular, this may happen if the reservist reaches a certain age, permanently leaves abroad, is recognized as unfit to perform the relevant functions, or a sentence of imprisonment without conditional suspension of the sentence comes into force. An exception may also be a family situation: if both spouses receive such calls at the same time and have a child under the age of 18.

The color of the stripe on the mobilization card determines the type of assignment and the person’s responsibilities in the event of mobilization or war.

The red stripe is intended for passive reserve servicemen who, in the event of mobilization or war, must arrive to perform military service in a designated military unit.

The green stripe is intended for passive reserve military personnel who, according to the law, are called up by summons or through an announcement.

The blue stripe indicates a labor mobilization assignment. It is intended for employees of the Ministry of National Defense of Poland and other persons who have been assigned such an assignment. In the event of mobilization during martial law or war, they must arrive at the location indicated on the card to perform work for the needs of the army.

It was previously reported that Russia has equipped at least 10 bases for launching long-range strike drones along the borders with Ukraine and Belarus . According to the investigation, new modifications of the Geraniums with a range of about 1,000 km can reach Warsaw.

Recall that three similar military facilities appeared in Russia at the same time – and their purpose remains a mystery. At the same time,Russia is building infrastructure on a large scale in the occupied territories of Ukraine , integrating them into its economy and providing logistics for the war.

Also follow “Pryamim” on Facebook , X , Telegram , and Instagram.

Military recruitment centers in Poland send citizens mobilization cards, which determine their allocation in the event of mobilization or war.
