Men can apply for it from the age of 55 with at least 25 years of insurance experience, and women &#8211; from the age of 50 with 20 years of experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/wvtu.army\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> the All-Ukrainian Trade Union of Combatants.<\/p>\n<p> Reaching the appropriate age alone is not enough to be granted a pension. Insurance experience and officially confirmed status as a combatant are also necessary conditions.<\/p>\n<p> The following are entitled to early retirement:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> men after reaching the age of 55 with at least 25 years of insurance experience;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> women after reaching the age of 50 with at least 20 years of insurance experience.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> An application for a pension can be submitted to any service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, regardless of the place of registration. It is also possible to submit an application remotely through the Pension Fund&#8217;s electronic services, attaching electronic copies of the necessary documents.<\/p>\n<p> The amount of the UBD early pension is calculated individually, since it is an old-age pension. The amount of the payment is affected by the insurance period, the salary taken into account when calculating the pension, the insurance period coefficient, as well as increases and supplements provided for by law.<\/p>\n<p> Participants in hostilities are provided with an increase in pension in the amount of 25% of the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work. In 2026, this amounts to 648.75 hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p> From March 1, 2026, the minimum pension payment for combatants is UAH 6,197. If the total amount of the pension, taking into account increases, indexation, supplements, and targeted cash assistance provided for by law, is less than this level, a monthly targeted benefit of the corresponding amount is provided.<\/p>\n<p> For persons with disabilities as a result of the war, the following minimum pension payments have been established since March 1, 2026:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Group I &#8211; 18,885 hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Group II &#8211; 15,494 hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Group III &#8211; 10,625 hryvnias.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The actual pension amount may be higher depending on individual circumstances and statutory supplements.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, the legislation establishes the maximum amount of the pension assigned in accordance with the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Mandatory State Pension Insurance&#8221;.
