This process was previously blocked by Hungary.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"333\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurointegration.com.ua\/news\/2026\/09\/8\/7245017\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported by<\/a> &#8220;European Pravda&#8221; with reference to its own sources in the EU.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"464\">It is known that on September 8, European diplomats will once again try to convince Hungary to agree to the opening of clusters No. 2 and No. 3 for Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"627\">&#8220;Approval of the screening results of clusters No. 2 and No. 3 for Ukraine is the first item on the agenda of the COELA group,&#8221; one of the interlocutors of &#8220;EuroPravda&#8221; reported.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"868\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">According to him, the second issue will be the approval of the screening results of clusters No. 2 and No. 3 for Moldova.
