The State Bureau of Investigation has opened a pre-trial investigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> As reported by the State Bureau of Investigation&#8217;s press service on September 8, the accident occurred on September 5 at around 10:45 pm on Heroiv Kharkiv Avenue.<\/p>\n<p> According to preliminary reports, the serviceman was driving a Tesla and lost control.
