Carney was assured of Canada&#8217;s readiness to help secure funding for Ukraine&#8217;s budget and military needs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1653\">A separate topic was the constant Russian strikes with ballistic missiles and drones. Zelenskyy said that Canada is ready to join the European anti-ballistic missile program FREYJA with its own technologies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1718\">Ukraine also expects additional defense supplies from Canada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1876\">Zelensky and Carney discussed bilateral projects in the defense and economic spheres.
