The BEB believes that constant interaction with business should play an important role in this.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This was stated by Pavlo Buzdyhan, Deputy Director of BEB, during an open interview at the XI International Forum on Business Protection.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"158\">According to him, BEB analyzes individual segments of the economy in order to identify possible risks in advance and, together with market representatives, look for ways to eliminate them.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"158\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zcArHCGNd40?si=Pf-0nzZzE3-iIOIy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"393\">&#8220;For us, interaction with business is a tool of economic security. Business definitely knows the market more deeply. It understands the trends that occur within each direction, and which criminal schemes can become advanced,&#8221; Buzdygan noted.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"581\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Thus, BEB plans to move to more proactive work \u2014 identifying problem areas in individual markets before they can develop into large-scale schemes of economic offenses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"177\">Thus, BEB wants to move to more proactive work \u2014 identifying vulnerabilities in individual markets before they lead to large-scale economic violations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"206\" data-end=\"307\">Another element of the new model in the department is the pre-trial settlement of tax offenses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"309\" data-end=\"575\">The BEB proposes to allow enterprises to voluntarily compensate the state for damages and pay a fine during the pre-trial investigation stage. In this case, the enterprise will not be required to report the suspicion and be held criminally liable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"738\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The department also outlined the main priorities of BEB&#8217;s work for 2026\u20132028.
