Regarding the attacks on Ukrnafta gas stations. I tried for a long time to understand the logic of the Rashists in attacking exclusively these gas stations in Kyiv and the region. At first I thought it was because this network has good advantages for the military. But Okko, Klo and Voga also have these advantages, and even more. And there are much more of them in number than Ukrnafta’s. Somehow it doesn’t add up.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Then there was the thought – maybe because they are state-owned and have the prefix “ukr” in the name. But this is also somehow too stupid even for our enemy. Because what’s the point of attacking a network that is far from the largest?<\/p>\n

Then there was a purely territorial version. They say that they choose state-owned gas stations along the main transport arteries of the capital. I think this logic is just there. But it is still not clear why they should attack a small Ukrnaft gas station, if there is another huge hub right next to it? I will not say, just in case, about the exact location – but the people of Kyiv behind the wheel will understand what I mean.<\/p>\n

And then it dawned on me. Let’s remember that most of the Ukrnafta gas stations are nationalized filling stations of the Glusco network. And who did they belong to us, eh? Let me remind you that the Glusco network was created on the basis of the Ukrainian assets of the Russian state company Rosneft (TNK-BP), which were sold in 2016 after the start of Russian aggression.<\/p>\n

The official beneficiary and owner through the Swiss company Proton Energy Group \/ Glusco Energy was businessman Nissan Moiseyev. However, investigative journalists (in particular, the “Schemes” program in 2017) have repeatedly provided evidence of Moiseyev’s direct connection with Viktor Medvedchuk. The network was called “Medvedchuk’s gas stations.”<\/p>\n

The puzzle is complete. Knowing how decisions are made in Putin’s Rashka, everything becomes clear. Medvedchuk decided to take revenge for the lost property. Plus, the Rashists in general decided that it was necessary to attack gas stations in Kyiv to put moral pressure on the population. After all, it is realistic to expect that there will be a fuel shortage from attacks on 5-10 gas stations among hundreds of others in the capital – wild even for the Rashists.<\/p>\n

So they decided to strike at Ukrnafta on the advice of the Kuman Puyla. His interests and the interests of the military generals coincided. Of course, this is my theory, for which I have no evidence. However, IMHO, it explains the logic of the latest enemy strikes well.<\/p>\n
