The Prosecutor General\u2019s Office has denied reports that one of the heads of Ukraine\u2019s anti-corruption agencies was served with a notice of suspicion. The UCP stressed that no one involved in the criminal proceedings has been notified of suspicion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The UCP noted that there are no legal grounds for reporting the suspicion, and the information about the alleged suspicion is untrue.<\/p>\n

The Prosecutor General’s Office also reported that the relevant suspicion marks in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations have been canceled.<\/p>\n

We will remind you that on September 14, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko announced that he had signed a notice of suspicion against NABU Director Semen Kryvonos<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After that, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed<\/a> to the Verkhovna Rada to immediately support the resignation of Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko.<\/p>\n

The Anti-Corruption Center announced that Kravchenko had left Ukraine<\/a>. He said he was outside Ukraine on a business trip.<\/p>\n

It later became known that Kravchenko went on a five-day business trip to Paris<\/a>. The purpose of the trip was stated to be participation in a hearing of the PACE parliamentary network.<\/p>\n
