In July, the Russian occupation army intensified attacks on the port and logistics infrastructure of the Odessa region. The attacks involved combat aircraft and various types of drones, and the Ukrainian project “The Book of Executioners of the Ukrainian People” identified the names of Russian military personnel who may have been involved in these attacks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Russian troops attacked targets in the Odessa region, in particular using Kh-59M2A guided aircraft missiles launched by Su-34M and Su-35S aircraft.<\/p>\n

According to the project, servicemen from the 4th State Center for Aviation Personnel Training and Military Tests and the 929th State Flight Test Center of the Russian Ministry of Defense were involved in the strikes. The planes took off from the Akhtubinsk airfield in the Astrakhan region, and the missile launches were carried out from the airspace near Rozdlynoye and Mezhvodnye in temporarily occupied Crimea.<\/p>\n

The Russian Defense Ministry calls the Kh-59M2A a \u201chigh-precision weapon\u201d and claims accuracy within 3\u20135 meters from the aiming point. However, according to the assessment given in the materials, the actual efficiency of such missiles may be only 2\u201320%.<\/p>\n

The port and logistics infrastructure of the Odessa region was hit. Russia also attacked civilian ships. In July, the intensity of such attacks increased significantly: according to Ukrainian officials, dozens of ships and port facilities were hit.<\/p>\n

The ports of Greater Odessa are crucial for Ukrainian exports. About 90% of Ukrainian grain shipments pass through them. Therefore, systemic Russian strikes create problems not only for the Ukrainian economy, but also for international food supplies.<\/p>\n

The project has identified nine military personnel who are linked to the use of aviation during attacks on the Odessa region. Among them are Major Stanislav Hasanov, Captains Vladislav Kalinichenko, Ivan Zinin, Dmitry Barsky, Viktor Spichka, and Pavlo Malykhin, Lieutenant Colonel Sergey Zvyagin, Colonel Dmitry Tikhonov, as well as Captain Oleksandr Simachenko and Lieutenant Colonel Andriy Ryumin, whose full details the project promises to make public later.<\/p>\n

The “Book of Executioners of the Ukrainian People” emphasized that they continue to identify Russian military personnel involved in the strikes on Ukraine.<\/p>\n
