{"id":1439916,"date":"2026-09-15T14:01:55","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T11:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zelenskyy-appointed-klymenko-as-head-of-the-national-cybersecurity-center\/"},"modified":"2026-09-15T14:02:47","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T11:02:47","slug":"zelenskyy-appointed-klymenko-as-head-of-the-national-cybersecurity-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/zelenskyy-appointed-klymenko-as-head-of-the-national-cybersecurity-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Zelenskyy appointed Klymenko as head of the National Cybersecurity Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Ihor Klymenko as head of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is stated in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.president.gov.ua\/documents\/9062026-61585\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Decree No. 906\/2026<\/a> , published on the president&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n<p>The document amends the decree of June 7, 2016 No. 242\/2016 \u201cOn the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo appoint KLYMENKO Ihor Volodymyrovych \u2013 Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine \u2013 as the head of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center,\u201d the decree states.<\/p>\n<p>The decree came into force on the day of its publication &#8211; September 14.<\/p>\n<p>The National Cybersecurity Coordination Center is a working body of the National Security and Defense Council. Its tasks include analyzing the state of cybersecurity and coordinating the activities of security and defense sector bodies in this area.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, in early August, Zelensky <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zelenskyy-ofitsiyno-pryznachyv-umierova-holovoiu-szr-klymenka-sekretarem-rnbo\/\">appointed Ihor Klymenko as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council<\/a> .
