The Atesh guerrilla movement has claimed responsibility for a sabotage at an electrical substation near the VZPP-Sborka plant in Voronezh, which produces components for Russian Kh-101, Iskander-K, and Pantsir-S1 missiles. According to the movement, the plant was left without power after the sabotage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Atesh” reported<\/a> this on its Telegram channel.<\/p>\n

They noted that the traffic agent had been studying the facility for a long time, monitoring the security, and looking for a way to penetrate the territory of the electrical substation.<\/p>\n

Eventually, the agent managed to get to the substation. There, he destroyed the main switchboard that supplied the plant with electricity, after which he left Voronezh.<\/p>\n

“VZPP-Sborka” produces electronic components for the Russian military-industrial complex. According to “Ates”, the company produces integrated circuits, power switches and power supplies for onboard systems and navigation of the Kh-101 missiles. The plant also produces components for the control systems of the Iskander-K missile and semiconductors for radars and Pantsir-S1 fire control systems.<\/p>\n

Atesh claims that the sabotage caused a power surge and power outages in the workshops. According to the movement, full power supply to the plant was restored only after several weeks, which led to delays in the supply of components for Russian weapons.<\/p>\n
