Six regions remain without electricity due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure. These are Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, Zaporizhia, Cherkasy, and Kherson regions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> NPC Ukrenergo.<\/p>\n

It is noted that energy workers have already begun emergency restoration work where the security situation allows.<\/p>\n

The agency reported that electricity consumption has decreased. Today, September 16, as of 09:30, it was 7% lower than the previous day at the same time.<\/p>\n

The reason is said to be sunny weather in most regions of Ukraine. It increases the efficiency of household solar power plants and, accordingly, reduces the amount of electricity consumed from the general power system.<\/p>\n

“Yesterday, September 15, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was at the same level as the maximum of the previous day – on Monday, September 14,” the energy company noted.<\/p>\n

Ukrenergo advises, given the weather conditions, to postpone the active use of electricity to the period of the most efficient operation of industrial solar power plants – from 11:00 to 15:00.<\/p>\n

At the same time, consumers are urged to use electricity sparingly in the evening hours \u2014 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.<\/p>\n
