On September 16, the Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 15358 as a basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/verkhovnaradaukrainy\/89054\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was announced<\/a> by the Verkhovna Rada. <strong>261 MPs<\/strong> voted for the decision.<\/p>\n<p>The document provides for liability for exceeding the permissible noise level of engines and exhaust systems.
