The legislation now awaits President Donald Trump&#8217;s signature.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"align-left\">This was reported by Suspilne. The vote breakdown was 262 for and 159 against.<\/p>\n<p class=\"align-left\">Republican Lindsey Graham, who has since\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/senator-lindsey-graham-a-supporter-of-ukraine-has-died-in-the-united-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">passed away<\/a>, and Democrat Richard Blumenthal drafted the bill.
