Russia has included the Ukrainian-controlled cities of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, and Svyatogorsk in its electoral district for the State Duma elections, which are scheduled to take place on September 18-20.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the head of the Center for the Study of Occupation, Petro Andryuschenko.<\/p>\n

According to him, Russia included Kramatorsk, as well as the Slavyansky, Konstantinovsky, and Krasnolymansky districts, into the Horlivsky single-mandate electoral district No. 15. Russian documents indicated 550,973 voters for this entire district. <\/p>\n

Thus, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, which Russia does not control, have already been included in the Russian electoral district from which a State Duma deputy will be elected.<\/p>\n

In its documents, Russia included Sviatohirsk in the so-called Slavyansky municipal district. It, in turn, was also included in Horlivskyi electoral district No. 15.<\/p>\n

Andryuschenko pointed out that there are no Russian troops in Slavyansk, there is no occupation administration in Kramatorsk either, and Moscow itself considers Svyatogorsk to be uncontrolled. At the same time, Russia has already included these cities in its electoral system.<\/p>\n

According to Andryuschenko, Russia used a similar scheme in Zaporizhia and Kherson regions. They also included territories that the Russian army does not control in electoral districts. <\/p>\n
