This is a requirement for the average salary of employees of a critical enterprise and the monthly salary of a reserved employee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/sud.ua\/uk\/news\/ukraine\/372461-zarplatnyi-kryterii-dlia-broniuvannia-zroste-u-2027-rotsi-skilky-maiut-platyty-pratsivnykam\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the &#8220;Judicial and Legal Newspaper&#8221;<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> From June 2, 2026, the coefficient for determining the salary criterion of a critical enterprise is 3 minimum wages. From September 1, 2026, the salary of a reserved employee must also be at least 3 minimum wages.<\/p>\n<p> The relevant changes were made by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of May 30, 2026 No. 692 to the Resolution of the CMU of January 27, 2023 No. 76. If the minimum wage in 2027 will be <strong>9,546 hryvnias<\/strong> , the calculation will be as follows: 9,546 \u00d7 3 = <strong>28,638 hryvnias<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p> Thus, as a general rule, the average salary of insured employees for the last calendar month and the monthly salary of a reserved employee must be no less than 28,638 hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, an exception applies to enterprises in areas of possible or active hostilities and temporarily occupied territories included in the relevant list. The coefficient of 2.5 of the minimum wage remains for them.<\/p>\n<p> Given a minimum wage of <strong>9,546 hryvnias,<\/strong> this figure would be <strong>23,865 hryvnias<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p> Draft Law No. 16000 provides for the minimum wage for 2027 to be 9,546 hryvnias. The final figure will depend on the adoption of the law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2027.<\/p>\n<p> As you know, the transition period for enterprises that must reconfirm their critical status ended in Ukraine on September 1.
