In Vinnytsia, patrol officers stopped a Renault Megane driver who, according to the results of a medical examination, was driving under the influence of 5 narcotic substances. During a superficial check, a package with a crushed substance similar to narcotics was also found in the car.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Patrol Police of Vinnytsia Region.<\/p>\n

The car was stopped at night on Kotsiubynsky Avenue for a traffic violation. While talking to the 33-year-old driver, patrol officers noticed signs of drug intoxication.<\/p>\n

The woman agreed to undergo an examination by a narcologist. The medical examination revealed 5 types of narcotic substances in her body.<\/p>\n

During the conversation, the driver was visibly nervous. The patrol officer conducted a cursory check, during which a paper roll with a crushed substance that looked like a drug was found in the car.<\/p>\n

An investigative and operational team was called to the scene to establish all the circumstances of the incident.<\/p>\n

A report was drawn up against the driver under Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – driving a vehicle while intoxicated. The patrol officers also issued orders under Part 2 of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – driving in the oncoming lane, and Part 1 of Article 126 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – driving a vehicle without a compulsory insurance policy.<\/p>\n
