Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to the United States from September 23 to 25 at the invitation of President Donald Trump. This will be Xi Jinping’s first state visit to the United States in more than 10 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the visit, Xi Jinping and Donald Trump will discuss issues of Sino-US relations, as well as international issues related to world peace and development.<\/p>\n

Xi Jinping’s previous state visit to the United States took place in September 2015, when Barack Obama was the President of the United States.<\/p>\n

The Chinese Foreign Ministry stated that high-level diplomacy between the two countries plays an important role in determining the direction of development of Sino-US relations.<\/p>\n

The visit will last from September 23 to 25. According to Reuters, the meeting between Xi Jinping and Donald Trump is scheduled for September 24.<\/p>\n
