A new procedure for servicing customers is being introduced in Ukrposhta city branches. First of all, they will work with parcels: they will first be accepted, and then they will be issued.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced<\/a> by the head of the company, Igor Smilyansky.<\/p>\n

The new procedure is already being implemented in over 90% of city branches with at least two operating windows. There, the “Express Window” will be used to serve customers with parcels.<\/p>\n

According to Smilyansky, the decision is related to concerns that sometimes force branches to reduce working hours. Priority processing of shipments should help deliver them to sorting centers without delays.<\/p>\n

At the same time, clients who apply for financial services, in particular to receive pensions or make payments, will be served throughout the working day.<\/p>\n

The next stage of Ukrposhta is to launch self-service stations and expand the network of post offices.<\/p>\n

The order of work of branches during “yellow” and “red” air alerts is currently unchanged. The company is also working on proposals for organizing the work of the postal operator in winter.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
