Journalists from “Schemes” stated that the former mother-in-law of former Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, Alina Shkrobanets, invested about $670,000 in the construction of a villa in Dubai in 2023. She herself denies that she bought the property.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is stated<\/a> in the investigation of \u201cSchemes\u201d (Radio Liberty).<\/p>\n

According to journalists, obtained from a leak of the Dubai real estate registry, on July 20, 2023,<\/strong> Alina Shkrobanets invested about 670 thousand dollars<\/strong> – approximately 24.5 million UAH at the then official NBU exchange rate – in real estate with an area of over 143 square meters<\/strong> .<\/p>\n

This is a villa in the Damac Lagoons cottage town in Dubai. At that time, Ruslan Kravchenko headed the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, and Shkrobanets was the mother of his wife Olena. The couple divorced in 2024.<\/p>\n

Journalists also noted that on the same day, July 20, 2023, Olena Shkrobanets resigned from the Prosecutor General’s Office.<\/p>\n

In 2025, according to the investigation, the owner of the property was Andriy Keybash, a resident of Kyiv and manager of the La Veranda restaurant. He confirmed to reporters that he had purchased the villa for approximately $670,000<\/strong> , but denied that he had purchased it from Alina Shkrobanets. <\/p>\n

According to Keybash, he found information about the property on the Internet. However, he could not remember who exactly he purchased it from.<\/p>\n

Alina Shkrobanets herself denied purchasing real estate in the United Arab Emirates.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t buy anything in the United Arab Emirates. Now, in light of these realities that exist, I think, could they have used me? Because I didn\u2019t buy. I don\u2019t need real estate in Dubai,\u201d she told reporters.<\/p>\n

When asked who exactly could have used her data, Shkrobanets did not answer. She also stated that she has not communicated with Kravchenko for over two years and that he has not contacted her about purchasing or registering real estate.
