This is about 9 billion dollars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.regjeringen.no\/no\/id4\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was stated by<\/a> Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr St\u00f8re during a meeting with the presidents of Ukraine and Finland, Volodymyr Zelensky and Alexander Stubb. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We are seeing a surge in Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure, leading to disruptions in energy supplies and grain exports. We will continue to provide support to strengthen Ukraine&#8217;s overall defense capabilities and resilience,&#8221; Stere said.<\/p>\n<p> Most of the funds will be directed to military assistance. One of the main areas will be strengthening Ukraine&#8217;s air defense.<\/p>\n<p> Norway will also continue humanitarian assistance and support for the Ukrainian energy sector.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;This support is vital not only for Ukraine, but also for ensuring the security of our own country, which shares a border with the Russian Federation,&#8221; Stere emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> He also stated that Norway would support efforts to start real negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.<\/p>\n<p> As previously reported, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/norvehiia-doluchylasia-do-fondu-pidtrymky-ukrainy-iaku-sumu-vydilyt\/\">Norway will allocate 90 million euros to support reforms in Ukraine in the areas of combating corruption and energy<\/a> .
