The issues include shipping safety in the Black Sea, grain exports, and a possible energy truce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga in an interview <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrinform.ua\/rubric-polytics\/4167921-andrij-sibiga-glava-mzs-ukraini.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">with Ukrinform<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> Ukraine has already discussed possible parameters of agreements with Turkey and Egypt and confirmed its readiness for &#8220;fair solutions.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Currently, the issue of implementing these plans depends only on Russia&#8217;s readiness. Contacts between the Egyptian and Turkish sides and the Russians are ongoing,&#8221; Sibiga emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> India is working on a separate line of negotiations. Its agenda includes food security, sea routes in the Black Sea, and a possible energy truce.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Ukraine is interested in such a combination, as well as in other potential dimensions of the truce,&#8221; the diplomat noted.<\/p>\n<p> According to Sybiga, diplomacy will play a key role at this stage, and Ukraine and partners are working on specific proposals for further steps.<\/p>\n<p> On the eve, French President Emmanuel <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/makron-zaklykav-ukrainu-ta-rf-obmezhyty-udary-cherez-ryzyk-zrostannia-tsin-na-palne\/\">Macron proposed that Ukraine and Russia introduce a \u201cdouble moratorium\u201d on strikes on oil refineries and in the Black Sea<\/a> .
