Ukrainian engineers have already created the first means to combat the Shahed jets. They have been tested in operation and already have the first successful downings.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced by<\/a> the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Brody, in an interview with The Telegraph.<\/p>\n

According to him, the Shahed jets have become a new challenge for Ukraine, to which a full-fledged answer still needs to be found. However, work on this has already gone beyond development and testing.<\/p>\n

Ukrainian engineers, together with the military, have created the first means of countering such drones and have already used them in practice. Broddy noted that there have been the first successful downings.<\/p>\n

He explained that in a technology war, new solutions are constantly emerging that temporarily give one side an advantage. However, usually within a few weeks or months, the adversary finds a way to counter them.<\/p>\n

Brody believes that this will also be the case with the Shahed jets, and that Ukraine will need some time to fully resolve this problem.<\/p>\n

According to him, Ukrainian developers are helped by the fact that they work closely with the military on the front lines. This allows them to quickly see new threats, test their solutions in practice, and improve them.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that Russian troops struck the territory of the Stolichny market in Sofiivska Borshchagovka near Kyiv on the evening of September 27.<\/a> According to preliminary information, 2 people were killed and about 10 more were injured as a result of the attack.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on September 28, Russian occupiers struck a business center in Dnipro. Currently, three people are known to have died and 12 were injured.<\/a><\/p>\n
