Emergency services arrived at the scene to eliminate the consequences of the attack. <\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/telegram.org\/js\/telegram-widget.js?24\" data-telegram-post=\"lachentyt\/68320\" data-width=\"100%\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p> At the same time, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/vitaliy_klitschko\/7678\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> that a 7-story administrative building in the Shevchenkivskyi district was hit at the 4th floor level.<\/p>\n<p> In total, 19 people, including 3 children, were injured in the attacks in Kyiv on September 28. After the strike, a fire broke out, people were rescued through windows. According to the district authorities, there were injuries and deaths as a result of the attack. Later, it became known that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rosiyskyy-dron-vluchyv-u-budivliu-nan-ukrainy-zahynuly-dvoie-akademikiv\/\">two academicians died as a result of the Russian strike on the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv<\/a> .
