Their approval is necessary for further progress in the EU accession negotiations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"341\" data-end=\"422\">This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurointegration.com.ua\/news\/2026\/09\/29\/7246508\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported by<\/a> &#8220;European Truth&#8221; with reference to its own sources in the Council of the EU.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"556\">The COELA meeting will start at 10:00 Brussels time (11:00 Kyiv time). The Ukrainian issue is the first item on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"718\">Member State representatives should agree on the screening results <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"717\">of Cluster 2 &#8220;Internal Market&#8221; and Cluster 3 &#8220;Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth&#8221;<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"894\">Previously, they failed to be approved due to Hungary&#8217;s position.
