The temperature on the soil surface at night may drop to 0\u2026-3 degrees.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/dsns_telegram\/76261\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, citing data from the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.<\/p>\n<p> On the night of October 1-3, frosts are forecast in the western and northern regions, as well as in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Poltava regions.<\/p>\n<p> On the night of October 2, the temperature on the soil surface may drop below zero also in Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Luhansk regions.<\/p>\n<p> By October 3, frosts will spread to the southern part of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> Forecasters predict temperatures on the ground from 0 to -3 degrees.
