Next year, the parties plan to allocate another 45 billion euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/en\/statement_26_2045\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is stated<\/a> in a joint statement by Ukraine and the European Commission.<\/p>\n<p> The parties reported that they have already agreed on the necessary steps for the timely release of funds this year.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Today, thanks to coordinated joint efforts, we have identified the means to cover Ukraine&#8217;s budgetary and defense needs for 2026,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p> Ukraine and the European Commission plan to quickly move towards allocating <strong>\u20ac45 billion<\/strong> under the Ukraine Support Loan by 2027. The funds will be subject to the fulfillment of the conditions set out in the program.<\/p>\n<p> In parallel, the parties will begin assessing Ukraine&#8217;s additional budgetary and defense needs.<\/p>\n<p> The statement also emphasized that other international partners must fulfill their financial obligations.<\/p>\n<p> To coordinate further decisions, Ukraine and the European Commission agreed to hold <strong>monthly<\/strong> meetings.<\/p>\n<p> President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called the results of the negotiations positive and stated that the parties had determined the format, terms, and steps to ensure the necessary amount of financing.<\/p>\n<p> In total, the Ukraine Support Loan provides for <strong>90 billion euros for 2026\u20132027<\/strong> .
