In particular, it is proposed to set the minimum wage at UAH 12,000, the minimum old-age pension at UAH 6,500, and the subsistence minimum at UAH 7,200.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"341\" data-end=\"393\">He <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/getmantsevdanil\/13260\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">reported<\/a> this on his Telegram channel.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"470\">According to his proposal, from January 1, 2027, the subsistence minimum should be:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"594\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"594\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1y09i86\" data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"503\">for one person \u2014 7,200 UAH;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"594\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"594\">\n<li data-section-id=\"48f2ov\" data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"540\">for able-bodied persons \u2014 7,488 UAH;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"594\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"594\">\n<li data-section-id=\"h4501n\" data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"594\">for persons who have lost their ability to work &#8211; UAH 5,832.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"800\">Hetmantsev also proposes to increase the minimum retirement pension to <strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"674\">UAH 6,500<\/strong> . Separately, it is planned to ensure full monthly payment of pensions assigned or transferred to fulfill court decisions.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\" data-section-id=\"m9txbl\" data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"848\">What benefits are offered for families with children?<\/h3>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"850\" data-end=\"1003\">Separate changes concern assistance to low-income families. For its purpose, it is proposed to establish a level of subsistence minimum in the amount of:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1pu4dl2\" data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1036\">100% &#8211; for able-bodied persons;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li data-section-id=\"cuo3oa\" data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1056\">150% &#8211; for children;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1wfu6oh\" data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1104\">150% &#8211; for persons who have lost their ability to work;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1005\" data-end=\"1139\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1mwniq7\" data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1139\">150% &#8211; for people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1213\">In addition, it is proposed to establish the following amounts of payments to families with children:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1dvkjqu\" data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1286\">assistance in connection with pregnancy and childbirth &#8211; up to 7,000 UAH per month;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1fsrvmo\" data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1349\">child care allowance up to one year old \u2014 up to 8,000 UAH;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li data-section-id=\"3p6ufq\" data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1413\">assistance for caring for a child with a disability &#8211; up to 12,500 UAH;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li data-section-id=\"73yp0i\" data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1446\">&#8220;eJasla&#8221; \u2014 9,000 UAH per month;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li data-section-id=\"pjq89b\" data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1496\">&#8220;e-Nursery&#8221; for a child with a disability \u2014 14,000 UAH;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1529\">\n<li data-section-id=\"15f8zce\" data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1529\">&#8220;Student Package&#8221; &#8211; 5,000 UAH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1783\">Hetmantsev stressed that social standards must take into account the real needs of citizens. According to him, in parallel with the search for additional funds for the budget, it is necessary to review the basic indicators on which incomes and social protection of the population depend.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"2110\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">At the same time, the deputy admitted that the state currently does not have sufficient financial resources to establish social standards at the level of the actual subsistence minimum immediately from 2027. Therefore, in his opinion, available funds should be directed to reducing the gap between the established and actual indicators as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"2110\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/biudzhet-2027-shcho-bude-z-minimalkoiu-prozhytkovym-minimumom-i-pdv\/\">in the draft state budget for 2027, the minimum wage is planned to be increased to UAH 9,546, and the subsistence minimum to UAH 3,559.<\/a> The document also provides for a norm in the event of an increase in VAT or excise duty on fuel.
