In Kyiv, two minors attacked a 29-year-old man and took two phones, 5,000 hryvnias, and documents from him. Before that, they provoked a conflict with him, and during the attack they used tear gas and beat the victim.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Kyiv police.<\/p>\n

According to law enforcement, the incident occurred on Budivelnykiv Street. When the man tried to leave to avoid further fighting, the attackers caught up with him, sprayed tear gas in his face, and began punching and kicking him in the head and stomach.<\/p>\n

After the victim lost consciousness, the attackers took his property and fled. <\/p>\n

Police officers, together with analysts, located the suspects. They turned out to be two local residents, aged 16 and 17. They were detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

During the searches, the victim’s phones and a tear gas canister were seized from the minors.<\/p>\n

Investigators under the procedural guidance of the Dnipro District Prosecutor’s Office informed both detainees of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – robbery committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy under martial law.<\/p>\n

The sanction of the article provides for up to 15 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property.<\/p>\n
