They achieved this decision after several cases in the EU court.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RikardJozwiak\/status\/2107442353879339320\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported by<\/a> Radio Liberty journalist Rikard Jozwiak.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, EU ambassadors are expected to make a decision on Wednesday, October 7.<\/p>\n<p> Yozvyak explained that Gutseriev and Shevtsov will be removed from the sanctions list against Belarus after they won several cases in the European Union court.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, Gutseriev will not be completely exempt from EU sanctions. He was recently added to another sanctions list &#8211; against Russia for actions that undermine the territorial integrity of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/krainy-yes-pohodyly-zniattia-sanktsiy-z-rosiyskykh-biznesmeniv-usmanova-ta-fridmana\/\">ambassadors from all 27 EU countries agreed to lift sanctions on Russian businessmen Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman<\/a> .
